This study, "INDUSTRIAL POLICY IN AN OPEN AND COMPETITIVE ENVIROMENT – GUIDELINES FOR A COMMUNITY APPROACH", European Parliament, Brussels 1991, was presented at an international seminar; an important contribution to the new chapter within the Maastrich Treaty.
President Delors and Vice-President Bangemann acknowledged in a letter the importance of this report which has subsequently been publisched in a Special Edition of the European Parliament.
