Hydra Papers is a fresh initiative by the Institute of International Relations aiming to strengthen academic dialogue between young scholars around the world and at the same time to honour excellency and hard work among the participants of its Hydra Seminar. Hence, the I.I.R. reserves the right to publish in its website the best papers submitted by the participants in the Seminar. This choice is no way meaning that the rest of the papers are not merited. However, the papers to be chosen can not be more than five at most. Hydra Papers should not exceed 5.000 words including footnotes and bibliography and should follow the Chicago Humanities Style.

We believe that Hydra Papers will create new incentives for academic research and will build a platform for young promising researchers, leaders and scholars to present their work and ideas and become better known in the international academic/policy analysis community. The Institute of International Relations do not subscribe to opinions, positions and ideas of Hydra Papers, which are reflecting solely the views of their authors.
